This last chapter is meant only for women and girls, because it contains some advice how to dress.
A teacher teaches that ”a pious woman avoids calling attention to her physical beauty.” I think that some girls and women think that they dress modestly, while they dress immodestly. Don't cause temptations to men and boys. If I would be a woman who dresses immodestly, I would be terrified about the condemnation on the judgment day. I think it is a bad deed to dress immodestly.
and they shall come forth; those who did the good things to a rising again of life, and those who committed the bad things to a rising again of judgment
John 5:29
And he said unto the disciples, 'It is impossible for the stumbling blocks not to come, but woe [to him] through whom they come;

and be not conformed to this age, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, for your proving what is the will of elohim -- the good, and acceptable, and perfect Rom. 12:2
I think it is not modest to wear tight clothing, and I think that tight skirts and tight dresses are not modest. There was a survey of men on the subject of womens clothing , and the survey shows that
'tight clothing is at least as much of a potential problem for men as skimpy clothing.'
One man said: “I would say the number one problem is any garment that is form fitting,be it ,---, skirt, dress, shirt, whatever. Anything that is tight, no matter how long it is.”
Another said: ...”tight clothing. Oh, it may very well be covering but it is revealing the shape in a woman. This can be even more tantalizing to a man.” Short
skirts and short dresses and shorts hold
a very serious potential for lust for men. One man said, “The
higher up on a woman’s leg, the more lustful/tempting it becomes.”
If a skirt or a dress is made of thin material, I think it is necessary to wear an underskirt with it. I think that knee length and mid-calf length skirts and knee length and mid-calf length dresses are not modest, they are not long enough. But sometimes when I work, I wear a mid-calf length skirt with loose pants or loose jeans. I think that sleeves shorter than about elbow length, are not modest.
in like manner also the women ...
...with modesty and sobriety...
... not in braided hair, or gold, or pearls, or garments of great price,
but what is proper for women professing piety, through good works. Let [a] woman be learning in silence in all subjection. For I do not permit [a] woman to be teaching, nor to be dominating [a] man, but to be in silence. For Adam was first formed, then Eve. And Adam was not deceived but the woman, having been deceived, into transgression came and she shall be saved through
the child-bearing, if they remain in faith, and love, and holiness, with sobriety.
[1.Tim 2:9-15. I think that those verses don't mean that every believing woman should give a birth to a child. But every believing woman has to remain in faith, and love, and holiness, with sobriety.]
